Great experience. Very professional, happy staff. New, clean facility. They even have a sunny waiting area with refreshments and entertainment for kids if you need to wait around. The workmanship was fantastic and only took a couple of hours.
I had my front windshield replaced by Glass Lab this week and would absolutely recommend their service. It only took a them few hours and they completely handled my claim with MPI. Very friendly staff and the new location is something else!
I was worried that I may have to leave my vehicle overnight but my windshield was replaced in less than three hours. They did a free pickup and dropoff of my car, that's some impressive customer service. The manager was very understanding and polite, I didn't have to worry about mpi claim paperwork as well.
Smooth professional service, I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.
I took my SUV in to get my window repaired after someone vandalized it the night before, and they did an amazing job with the repair and the cleanup of the glass left on the floor! Thankful they were able to get my vehicle in so quickly. They also provided excellent customer service - so friendly!

I recently had my Car's rear window glass broken and reached out to Glass Lab for repairs. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They were quick to respond and scheduled the repair at a time that was convenient for me. The technician was professional, and efficient, and completed the job in no time. My rear window looks as good as new, and the quality of the work is great. I highly recommend Glass Lab to anyone needing fast and reliable glass repair services!
We brought our brand new 2024 Lexus UXh that got a huge wind shield crack from a stone. These guys were able to get us in super quick. They told us to not remove the tape for 24 hours and we followed the instructions. That was a couple weeks or so. Yesterday we drove over the perimeter highway. Going really fast obviously. And hear unusual air and wind leaking noise from the windshield. Apparently I looked into it and it can happen after improper replacement of wind shield. Really disappointed that all this trouble on a brand new Lexus. I will be calling the shop when they open next few days (it’s Sunday and they are closed at this time of writing) and see if they can fix it for us. Then I’ll update the review
Update: Colin said we can bring in our car next day for a redo and said this can happen once in a while. So we went in and it was taken care of in about 3 hours. Colin was really helpful explaining and told us to make sure to call him again if there’s any issues again. So I’m hoping it’s all perfect install now. We’ll drive in highway again and find out. But overall satisfied with the service provided
